Mini Apple Pie Bites 🍎🥧❤️ Cut 1 puff pastry sheet into 6–9 squares press into greased muffin tin. Mix 2 diced apples w/ 3 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 Tbsp melted butter (pinch of salt splash of lemon optional). Spoon into cups brush edges w/ butter or egg wash. Bake 400°F, 15–18 min until golden. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (or both!!). I slightly warmed them before serving, oven at 350 for a couple minutes!
